艾特森LDS系列超濾系統功能
Functions of AITESEN LDS Series Ultrafiltration System
該系統主要應用于樣品的濃縮、提純、透析、置換緩沖液和溶液除熱原等需求領(lǐng)域。過(guò)程中可通過(guò)無(wú)紙記錄儀或液晶面板顯示及記錄樣品的重量、過(guò)膜前壓力、回流壓力、透過(guò)壓力、跨膜壓TMP等數據。
The system is mainly used in the demand fields of sample concentration, purification, dialysis, replacement buffer and solution pyrogen removal. In the process, the weight, pre membrane pressure, reflux pressure, permeation pressure, transmembrane pressure TMP and other data of the sample can be displayed and recorded through paperless recorder or liquid crystal panel.

Purification of chemical drug Liposomes, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride liposomes and irinotecan liposomes;
Purification of nucleic acid drugs and vaccines, such as lipid nanoparticles, polymer nanoparticles, mRNA LNP, siRNA LNP, etc;
Separation and purification of biological cell products, which can collect cells from fermentation broth and remove cell fragments;
Purification of vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and recombinant protein drugs;
Displacement buffer solution;
Other uses of separation and purification based on molecular size principle.
